About Me

Selling and maximising the value of property is not always easy, which is why you need to acquire the services of an experienced sale person with a scorching track record in the real estate industry. Shelly Donaldson is that person.

A new generation of real estate professional, Shelley approaches real estate with a fresh perspective, enthusiastic attitude, and consistently delivers the highest standard of work to all of her clients. Her focused approach is admirable and her ability to build strong, lasting relationships is what defines her real estate business.

Having worked in the real estate industry for the past 10 years, Shelley has invaluable experience in all aspects of the business, from starting out in administration, a stint in Marketing, to becoming one of the key players in the Gisborne market, Shelley understands the industry inside and out which is why she can tailor marketing strategies to suit you, your home, and the current market conditions.

As well as being backed by Bayleys locally and nationally, Shelley has developed a great team to support her and her client’s needs – meet the team…

Cory Hutchings - Shelley is supported by partner Cory who brings invaluable property knowledge and experience. Along with being a licensed salesperson, Cory also contributes invaluable knowledge having built five new houses himself, of which three of those he project managed. Cory can advise potential buyers on what kind of dwelling would be best suited to their site or what type of renovations would ensure adding the most value for their budget.

Gaye Stevens – keeping the wheels turning is Shelley’s Client Services Manager and Mum, Gaye. With a background in Property Management, Gaye has years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and contributes greatly from an administration and customer service perspective.

Lochie Hutchings – Shelley’s number one supporter is three year old son Lochie. Shelley works hard but prioritises family time and enjoys lots of down time with Lochie. For the most part, Lochie likes what his Mum does for a job, but wasn’t so pleased when she did such a good job selling his best friend’s house… A fantastic result for the vendors meant a great sale and the ability to move out of town, but Lochie wasn’t so pleased “I like your work and all of your job, Mum… but why did you have to sell my friend’s house?”
